About Susan Welker and Designing Décor & Windows Before establishing her business in Pueblo, Colorado, Susan Welker turned her eye for design into a business, and opened Designing Décor & Windows based in Harrisburg, Illinois. Welker is a Certified Interior Decorator with the Decorator Training Institute and a Decorative Painter and Muralist. She is a member of the Stencil Artisans League, a Member of The Decorators' Alliance of North America (DANA), and a member of the Window Fashion Certificate Professionals Program.
Designing Décor & Windows will come to your home or office to assist you with all your decorating needs, including selecting custom window treatments and unique furnishings that adds style, beauty, and warmth to your home within your taste, your style and your budget.
